Please help me ID 2 Staffordshire Marks on pottery

I bought these two plates in the local charity shop and have got as far as Workging out that one is TIlls and Sons Burslem and one came from JOhn Tams - but am fuzzy on dates and cannot figure out the diamond mark. I do intend to sell them and do not want to put inaccurate info on the listing - thank you for you help

The Tills & Son mark is a small transfer ware oblong trinkets type plate and the J>T is a dinner plate again with brown transferware

thank you

Millie

HI

I am not sure of your dates but there is a really handy site for Staffordshire enthusiasts;

http://www.thepotteries.org/mark/

It shows marks histories and a bit about the people who made the items/owned the factories. I hope it helps.

You should bear in mind that the registration marks do not necessarily mark the exact date of manufacture but are the earliest possible date of manufacture, so your plates could be a little later.
