Buyers offer the maximum they want to pay, excluding postage,  that's how it's always been.

Guess that's one way to look at it but get offers exactly the list price minus the buyer protection, it's a load of *bleep* 😡

but 

its not  always been that the new Bpf  is taken off the offer!

this was not made clear by eBay that’s why it’s a nasty

surprise for many before they realise how it’s been now set up
