A buyer has paid for items but I agreed to sell them for a discounted price and combine postage. they've sent me an invoice but I can't seem to put the full discount on. The maximum discount is the postage. I was wondering if there was a way I can change this as I need to discount more
You can only discount the postage when raising an invoice.
You will need to either issue a partial refund for the rest once the buyer pays or cancel the sale, with the buyer's agreement, and then relist at the discounted price for them to buy again.
