Help with a refund - I have not received it from ebay

Hello,

I have an account with has been suspended by ebay without reason. 
The account had 99% positive reviews 

I bought an item which was later returned and I was due a refund however during the refund process my account was suspended and I dont have an account linked to my ebay for the refund to go into as that card has been lost so I had removed it. I only have an account linked for making payments 

The refund lost is over £300 so I am wondering what would happen? 

I have tried to email ebay on 3 occassions but I have had no response

The refund should go back into the source of the funds you used to pay for the item in the first place.  It does not have to be in your account settings.

I have not yet received anything and I cant get an answer from ebay as they just say the account is now suspended. Any idea who I can talk to? Refund was meant to be in my account by the 11th. 

I have an email saying to reach out to ebay if I havent received it and I only have until the 22nd to do so however I cant as the account is suspended

Ebay cannot tell you when a refund will be in your account, they can only tell you when they will issue it.

Ebay telling you to contact them is also unusual in the context of a purchase refund.

The 'account' in question is not your ebay account, but the funding source account.

yeah so the email from ebay reads 
It looks like your return has been delivered. You should have recieved a refund from the seller within 3 days of delivery.

If you need help with this return, you have until 22 January 2025 to ask us to step in and help 

But when I ask I am told my acc is suspended.

Have you tried to contact ebay CS through your suspended ebay account (not through the case)?

If you can't, try and contact them using this new one and explain the situation.

yes doesnt work on the old account (still no idea why is was suspended)
