a item i ordered
that i canceled within 24hrs of ordering as soon as i noticed the delivery time.
the seller refused to cancel as they said it had been dispatched. it has now been delivered
i have asked for a prepaid postage label the seller is not replying to my messages a refund and a prepaid label is required . what can i do

If it's not as described you can open a return stating that. But from what you say it sounds like "change of mind" where you would have to pay the cost of return yourself. Also check they're business sellers. If they're private sellers they do not have to accept change of mind returns.

You will have to pay to send the item back to China using a tracked service so it's probably not worth paying to do this.
The seller only has to provide a postage label but you will have to pay for the postage as you changed your mind after you bought the item.
It does clearly show an estimated delivery date of 3-4 weeks on the listing - you do need to read everything carefully before you hit the buy button.

as you imported your purchase from China UK consumer law has nothing to do with it.

I don't think that is correct - happy to be proved wrong but, as far as I know, sellers are entitled to charge for 'change of mind' returns.
