Help needed please! I am going round in circles! A buyer bought an item which she said was incorrectly described. It was done in good faith. I am happy to refund in full, but I cannot find a way to refund the price and the postage she paid to get it. I do not want it back, she can bin it or keep it. Can anyone help me with how to do it please? I have reached out to ebay, but it doesn't tell me how. I am new to this and struggling. Thanks for any help.

Has she opened a case for item not as described / Doesn't Match Description or Photos?
Then, you should have the option to refund straight away without sending a pre paid label.
Is this not showing?
The buyer must open a case for this, to start the ball rolling.

She should still open a "not as described" return and there should be an option to refund without or before return. Once the refund is issued the option to send the item back will disppear.

If it was a Simple Delivery sale, then the postage was never paid to you and the buyer paid Ebay directly.
You only have to refund the cost of the item.
Ebay refund postage and BPF.
