problems with a return

I recently sent a set of 6 spoons, well over 50yrs old to a buyer. She wants her money back as "all the spoons are damaged" I have just received them back by post,  and they are all in good order, as per the original photograph. The photographs from the buyer are somewhat different. I have taken further photographs confirming the original photographs. I am more than happy to give her a refund. Could you advise, as this is the first of my 50odd sales on e bay that have asked for a refund. Many Thanks nowpow_92 (Mike)

Now you have the spoons back, refund the buyer.
