See what you mean, in fact it is £20 but ebay are asking to chooseca service but nothing to choose from.

No doubt one of their crazy moments and will be returned to normal in due course..

Not all items under £20 are exempt from Simple Delivery.  The item has to fit in a letter/large letter and must be in certain, specific categories.

So, if I sell a brooch or earrings (under £20, Large Letter) I can use custom postage.  I recently sold a set consisting of a brooch and matching earrings (under £20, Large Letter) and that had to be listed with Simple Delivery.

So, what are you trying to list?

Item ok for Custom postage. There is no list, which would be helpful, but then ebay does not want to be helpful, but if you list something in a category that is exempt then  Custom Postage SHOULD appear.

Something that I have found in the past, if item under £20 and listed as auction, if it sells for say £30 it does not then expect you to use Simple Delivery. Does not happen very often as bids are few and far between for many reasons, including Buyer protection and many of the self inflicted blunders made by ebay.
