I haven't sold on ebay for many years and have recently made my first sale. I posted it to the buyer with tracked posting but Ebay is witholding my payment as it says I haven't sent it yet - am I supposed to have downloaded a postage label because I didn't do that and Im wodnering if thats why they think I havent sent it. I emailed the buyer asking him to acknowledge its arrival so ebay might release the payment but he hasnt responded?
You can add the tracking on Ebay to show the item has been sent and delivered.
