no Access

I go on my account, it says technical issues, I then see something come up regarding no token( whatever that is ), when I scroll around I get a prompt for password,  put it in and then I am asked for a code that will be sent via email, I do not get any code and cannot then progress !! ... 5 days of this so far, I have made contact with ebay and received an email, nothing about faults etc', just thanking me for 21 years loyalty, email ends, I will help.. that was 3 days ago= nothing.. I have had to open a Amazon account to purchase items... everything about Ebay is robotic and frustrating to me as I am elderly .. I cannot even close my account, which is what I would do.  I don't know what is going on !!!

Would help us to know which device and browser you are using.

 

We're getting  reports there is an issue with Safari, and apps forever glitchy,  do need constant updates.  If using have you done this?  Some found uninstalling and reinstalling the app has helped.

 

Or,  if you can switch a laptop / PC with Chrome that seems to be the best combo with eBay.
