I've sold an item. I've entered the dimensions of the parcel and the postage was generated as £5.71.
It is a bit of a bulky parcel, although it only weighs 2.100kg, and the dimensions are well within the maximum size. However, the buyer has only paid £2.84, and the address is a Post Office, not a home address!
I am concerned that I will be liable for the shortage of postage, and I am suspicious of the address given! Also, when I went to see what price was on the postage label, it assumed I had printed it and marked the item as 'despatched'! It is not despatched as I query these issues, but when I tried to message the buyer to check re postage, an automated message popped up that ebay will deal with postage issues direct!
What do I do?
