faulty purchase

I received my purchase (iron) on 22jan and reported to the seller that it wasn't working properly.They asked for a video which i sent via email showing it not working.They replied saying I wasn't using the function properly (which i was) so i replied numerous times asking what they were going to do.I received no reply.I sent another 3 videos on different dates showing 100% this product doesn't work yet still nothing from them.I have run out of patience and don't know what to do

No point messaging seller, you should have opened item not as described case. 

Unfortunately you only have 30 days to do this,so too late now. 

Try your payment provider. 

In the future, open and escalate cases within 30 days, ignore seller delaying you.
