Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone here can give me some guidance. My eBay Simple Delivery package has been stuck with Evri for more than a month, and I have no idea what else I can do. The tracking hasn’t updated in weeks, and Evri hasn’t replied to any of my messages. Because the parcel is still shown as “in transit,” eBay won’t let me request a refund or open a proper case, even though it’s clearly lost or held somewhere with no progress. I feel completely stuck — no updates, no support, and no way to move the situation forward. Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there any workaround, escalation method, or contact point that actually helped you get a resolution? Any advice would be really appreciated, as I’m out of options at this point. Ask the buyer to open item not received case.

As item not delivered and used SD, ebay refund buyer and you keep your money.

I forgot to mention earlier that I’m actually the seller, not the buyer, so I’m not even sure if there’s any type of “item not received” claim that I can open. From my side it seems like I have no options at all — the parcel is stuck with Evri, the buyer hasn’t received it, and eBay doesn’t offer any claim process for sellers in this situation. That’s why I’m trying to understand what I’m supposed to do next or if there’s any seller-side claim or escalation I’ve missed.
