Sorry I forgot to add my room number on the address. today I received delivery message said they ca. Deliver it and will return the items to the seller. I tried to contact the seller but he didn't response at all. What can I do now? or i only can cancel and buy it again？

If you received the delivery message today, presumably you've only just contacted your seller, so I'd give them a chance to respond (they may be away for the weekend given that its a UK bank holiday).

When they get the item back they may refund you.

Nothing seller can do until returned. Only seller can cancel.

Seller could be on holiday, or not yet seen your message, but until it gets returned to him nothing anyone can do.

Who sent the message saying they couldn't deliver?

If it's the courier you may be able to rearrange delivery to your correct address via their website.
