charged twice for brooch

I ordered a vintage Celtic Scottish mixed agate brooch on 4/3 [Removed by moderator] and then I got an email from ebay@ebay.com to say it was no longer available.  I found the same item and ordered it from [Removed by moderator] another seller on 6/3.  Today a brooch arrived, presumably from the first seller.  I contacted second seller [Removed by moderator] because I was confused and he wrote back to say that he's booked postage for tomorrow. I've been charged twice but I really don't want two brooches the same.  I tried to contact eBay but only got a robot and this didn't help.

If either one is a business seller they will accept a return.   You can open a return via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your purchases list.
