I have bought a new washing machine from this company it has arrived faulty without an invoice which is needed for the guarentee. There is no option for messaging on their contact page just a premium rate 'phone number which does not connect so I cannot contact them. I put in a return request and all I got was a Royal Mail Prepaid label which is of course useless as they don't accepts such heavy items. I cannot open a resolution case because you have to first message them which of course I cannot do. Any advice would be appreciated. I suspect these people clone a similarily named Yorkshire company.
If you receive an item/s 'Not as described', (ie. faulty/not authentic etc.) use this link to open an official return casewithin 30 days from receiptfor a full refund--- follow the case instructions carefully. >
