Just lost sale of £50 as the buyer does not want to pay extra fee for so called insurance  this is not a good start.

It's £2.75p - could you not have knocked that off the price and saved the sale?

Buyers see total price when paying, it is not broken down.

I agree many are not happy, but it's not an extra on top of sold price.
