Hi. I sold an item a couple of weeks ago and I've been attempting to withdraw the funds from eBay to my bank with no success. I click on the blue arrow next to my funds and then type the amount to withdraw but the 'withdraw' button remains greyed out and doesn't respond to tapping it. Anyone else experienced this and been able to resolve it? I can't find a way to actually contact eBay itself. When you try to access help through eBay, withdrawals isn't an option that you can specifically request help with, and I see that you have to label posts on this forum with one of the predetermined options, and there is no label for withdrawals, so I've gone with 'technical issue'.
