Why oh!!!!!! why does ebay keep changing my p&p costs when my items are on a FREEPOST

EVERY time I RE- list my item via sell similar , ebay keeps changing the postage costs  HIGHER even though all my items are on a FREEPOST , ebay keeps bumping UP the postage costs & if i've not noticed it when listing i'm not able to get an alternative ( cheaper ) option once a buyer hits buy it now , this does not happen on my main ebay page

A similar thing has been happening to me for months now.

Using sell similar on an item,   I have to carefully check the postage option is still set to ' Postage Only' as every second listing becomes Collection only.

Others reporting sell similar changes their ' No Returns' policy to ' Returns Accepted'.  Some sellers noticing too late,  after an item is sold.

Many a strange happening on the site of late ! 🤔

Remember the good old days where ebay advertised " 40% more sales on a Sunday" what's 40% of ZERO ????? anyway just spent a lovely evening with no sales & now i've had to go in & check each advert individually  thanks to ebay's RIP OFF simple delivery , as ALL my items are on a FREEPOST...... but if someone hits BUY IT NOW & i've not checked postage costs  for ebays RIP OFF simple delivery I have NO OPTION to change or cancel the label once the sale goes through & i'm left out of pocket AGAIN!!!!! ( that's if I do get a sale ) with no comeback on ebay , IT'S LIKE EBAY IS AT WAR WITH THE PRIVATE SELLERS & BUYERS ( the people who put them where they are now)  RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AT EVERY STAGE OF A SALE or PURCHASE with their RIP OFF  FEES &  now RIP OFF  postage costs
