Why on earth is there no small (shoe box size) parcel option on either Simple Delibery or (if you are lucky enough to still be able to find it!) custom postage.? The only size option I’m getting is 61x46x46 which is Royal Mail medium. Obviously I’m not going to send a tiny ornament in a packing crate but the price is still ridiculous - £5.15 as opposed to £3.25.
Also there is no option for slightly heavier item accept the up to 15kg option. Where has the medium parcel 2-5kg option gone? Nobody buying a 2.1kg cut glass vase is going to want to pay the postage costs suitable for a coffee table or wide screen tv?
