Why is there an item that says the Postage is £19.24

the Postage has to be incorrect for this item which the seller said the Postage is only £3.25 / £3.27 & I don't know which is the correct Postage for this DVD Set or  could it be a technical error

How are we supposed to know, only you know what the item is.

It is up to seller to get postage correct, are you sure they have not made a mistake?
