This has been going on for a while as we know we all like getting good feedback especially if you have gone that extra mile What is really annoying is the feedback number goes up but the feedback comments do not which can be very annoying. Is there something wrong with feedback or is it just me ? I am currently in dispute with ebay regarding simple postage and the mess there is with the charging still no resolution to that one all my listings are showing much higher postage that quoted on listing page. I think something is going drastically wrong at ebay not only that i noticed my postage on the small thumbnails you get when you look at an item is ridiculous showing £17 odd to post a magazine I have been lied to by The Tech Dept and an Agent and finally got an agent to actually see what i am seeing. She has sent screen shots to the Tech Dept but as yet not heard i really think this is not ok and i have been starting to relist where possible with free delivery but as i have 100+ items it is very time consuming and some items i can only use simple delivery which is what i think is causing this problem and i don't think ebay have a clue how to fix it. If anyone has a way of ditching simple delivery on ALL listings i would appreciate a message Many Thanks
Hi thanks for replying At the moment i think not perfect is an understatement All my small listings ignore large letter post and put instead £3.40 no matter what i do i cannot change it so i am in the process of free postage myseld and if i cant and have to use Simple delivery i will mark as seller pays and if i get charged the higher amount by ebay i will be asking for the difference back.
