Where is my Seller Hub?!

I can never find my way around this site, once I find where some advice is,  ebay change the layout. I think I have a time waster buyer for my trailer, and would like to cancel their bid and go to the next highest bidder. They promised to message me this morning when they set out, but just as they should have arrived, 11:30  they messaged to say they may come tomorrow OR Monday.  Someone said yesterday,(I couldn't find my post) that I should not have given my address to the buyer before payment but ebay did not block it so I assumed it was normal. We have large gates on the drive so I felt it safe to give the address.

Where is my Seller Hub?!

Your sold  items are here:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/mys/sold

You can cancel a transaction via the dropdown actions menu alongside the item and use the Second Chance Offer link to offer to the underbidder.   If they haven't paid if you can wait 4 days you can then use the unpaid option to cancel.

If the SCO link is not there (apparently it may disappear after cancellation) click on the original listing on your sold/orders page, then click on where it says the number of bids in the middle of the page and you'll see it alongside the bidders' IDs on the next page.

You should not have been able to exchange details (address etc.) before the buyer paid and payment on collection is not actually allowed.

Considering doing an 'off Ebay' deal may put your account in jeopardy.

You are considering cancelling a completed sale - you can do this by going to 'orders' and clicking on 'view order details' - you don't need to be in seller hub to do this.

Then, you can message the lower bidder.

The original buyer would still be able to leave you negative feedback and could still turn up to collect the trailer.

Where is my Seller Hub?!

ebay allowed me to send the address and I assumed the buyer would click his pay now on his phone or something after arriving to check that the trailer was what I said it was. In the past when I have wanted to send an address to a buyer, even when someone had paid, ebay has blocked it. It happened when I was selling rotavator. Anyhow thanks for you advice,I'm stuggling a bit (being an old fogey) on doing this.
