Where do I stand? Return request opened after 22 Days after sale

A buyer has opened a return request 22 days after the sale stating the item was ordered by mistake 

The item is as described and I only accept (without choice) returns for not as described, and items defective, broken etc  

The buyer is willing to pay for the return postage - but I don't want to accept the return because I dont think its fair 22 days after the sale

Where do I stand on this please?

If you don't accept change of mind returns you can refuse it.
