WAREHOUSE-AGREEMENT-FOR-EBAY-FULFILLMENT

I live in Malta. To advertise on ebayuk using a UK Dropshipper, which is set up, eBay are asking for a warehouse agreement. Reason for this is you cannot have account in certain countries, including Malta, and place ads on ebay UK, otherwise

Although I have sent said agreement, eBay have answered its not correct but won't tell me what else they need.

Anybody on here come across this and overcome it?

Thank you

The agreement needs to make it clear the warehouse is storing goods that you have bought beforehand and that the warehouse will dispatch to your customers when they buy something from you.

This sort of arrangement has VAT implications for Ebay and they will be very cautious.

You are likely to have difficulties in using a UK registered account from Malta --- UK based Banking setup is required and by Default, Import/Export VAT 20% is charged including any shipping /or Duty charges.

Suggest using a EU site of choice  or the International www.ebay.com site which offers other options including  acceptable Global Banking accounts.           https://community.ebay.com/
