Hi I have a seller that has not received money for a item. I have received it but the delivery has not been updated. So they have not been paid. Is this possible?
No, there's nothing you can do. If they are new sellers ebay may hold the payment for 30 days. Or if they are private sellers and didn't use the ebay Simple Delivery postage label the payment will be held for 14 days.
Obviously not an established seller as once certain number of sales and value have been made, money is released within 24 hours. It is still up to seller to withdraw to bank account.
