Which device and browser are you using, as there are some issue with the app.
If using this, see if trying from a laptop / PC and try Chrome as that seems to work well, will allow you to withdraw your money.
If not contact Customer Services hopefully they can see where the issue lies.
I strongly recommend contacting CS 8 a.m. on a weekday when the lines open for ' live agents' as then, there's more chance of Dublin answering.
