Unable to send items longer than 61cm

Hi, I’ve listed an item which is clearly described as 85cm long. Despite this, EBay is only offering Simple Delivery which only covers items up to 61cm in length.

As far as I can see, there is no way to opt out of this, or choose a different delivery method as there used to be in the past. How is it possible to send anything over this size?! Automated chat is unsurprisingly no help. Thanks.

Thank you for your post.

Even though the options given show maximum up to 61 x 46 x 46 cm EVRi will accept parcels as long as no single side exceeds 120 cm in length. 

• Set carrier preferences to EVRi only.
• When listing the item, select the medium parcel preset 
•
