Please could you help me. Have I got any chance for claiming the refund for the undelivered items from the seller.  Yes, it was more that 7 months now.  I have sent a screenshot showing that the courier has not delivered the items at all?  Please help. Thank you. Sha.

Sorry,  no chance from eBay they offer a 30 day MBG Money Back Guarantee policy.

I doubt your payment provider will help , most offer a 6 month policy for refunds .

You've left it far too late to claim from any source.
