I held a 7 day auction which ended with some one from the US being the highest bidder. The buyer was told to update address as I didn't ship to there location. Spoke to customer services and they informed me they have stopped shipments to US from UK and I had no other option but to cancel the sale. Why are eBay allowing the bids if they know they will not be getting the item? My time wasted, buyers time wasted and I'm out of pocket. You allowed the sale eBay not pay me what the buyer would have paid! You gave us no notice and you did nothing to stop this issue happening. Also when I suggested to the buyer we resolve the postage through PayPal we were given a warning that everything has to be done through eBay. How do I make an official complaint? So many issues it's hard to want to be involved with eBay any more
