ebay only offer a 30 day money back guarantee, so nothing to be done through ebay. Try your payment provider to get a refund, NOT A REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT.

As far as ebay are concerned it's too late to do anything about it.   They only allow 30 days for claims.   Contact your payment provider, they may be able to help with a refund.

Hi John,
Thanks for this, yes I know Ebay has a time limit. The supplier
responded they could not find the purchase, so I sent it to them, but they
will not answer, so hopefully others may see this and
decide not to deal with them, more chinese junk flooding the UK, World.
