Trouble listing

Is anyone else having trouble listing keeps buffering then saying i  don’t have a postage policy and must use the website instead of the app ive tryed deleting the app and rebooting my phone but still the same

There was a  recent major eBay server issue affecting many, and it still seems to be impacting some accounts.

eBay are aware,  and working on this,  but it is intermittent,  so perhaps try a little later on today,  or even tomorrow.

However,  if it's the app that you're using, some peeps have found uninstalling and reinstalling the app , the account is then accessible.
