I have used the automated tracking label.but decided to purchase quicker tracking myself. The automated tracking generated a number but I need to add my own tracking number, I can't see an option to do so. Help!

Using a laptop / PC not the app or mobile browser , use Chrome too,  and you should be able to edit the number yourself, if not contact eBay Customer Services they'll do this for you.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

As you use simple delivery, 

You do realise you don't get postage money.

So if you change postage type, you pay for it.
