I have a buyer who has bought 3 items - 2 paid together other, and other paid separatly and combine postage. I contacted eBay to ask about this was told to contact and they would be able to change tracking - messaged today and they now can’t do this - I have to contact buyer and tell him it will all be posted together and give them tracking. is this correct ??

Yes.

As advised, Ebay can no longer change or add tracking if you don't send itens individually with Simple Delivery.

They are suggesting sellers contact buyers and give them the correct tracking.

Should the buyer open a case for non-delivery, you would have to add your own tracking to the case.
