Hi

I purchased an item from a US seller but it arrived smashed and damage i have contacted the seller no response I have been sent an returns label from ebay but my question is if the item is smashed sending it back would be hazardous to send back to the seller any suggestions how I should proceed as I cannot speak to a ebay human.
