I too have concerns. Sales are low value used stamps. Buyer pays 85 p, second class. Looks like "simple delivery" is not less than £2.70 - that on top of the buyer now hai8vng to pay EBay's "buyer protection" will most likely mean trying to find another means of selling - what a shame.
Tried communicating with EBay this morning - multiple efforts at chat left me hanging on. Then phone calls - answered twice - no-one there. EBay then sends a message saying I didn't answer. Perhaps a good time to go and play golf
