Put some items on last Friday to automatically re list 8 times and tonight I have had to pay 35p per item..

items I have ended in the week, have suddenly appeared again to be re listed?

if I sell something for say £24.98 I’m getting £22.63. Sellers shouldn’t be paying for buyers protection?.

if I delete something and something is waiting to be re listed it’s deleting everything.

I spoke to customer service and they just ended the chat.

so I go onto the help section and can’t see were I can even get help.

something is seriously wrong and this needs sorting ASAP.

Are you listing any items with a 3 day duration?  That is an optional listing extra and will cost you a non  refundable listing fee of 35 p payable sale or no sale, and charged the second the item goes live.

If you do not wish  it to refund with this upgrade,  then end the auction before it's auction end, relist for a longer period.

As a tip, before clicking on the final List Item With Displayed Fees button,  glance just above it,  it should read £0.00 Listing Fee.

If there is a fee amount listed there,  you have selected an upgrade,  and if you wish,  it gives you time to scroll up and remove the payable upgrade.

Just to edit and add as a Private seller you are allowed 300 listings per month, after which any added are charged at 35 p.
