Technical Issue Unable to accept Multi User Account Access invitation Accept option not visible

Hi everyone,

 

I am seeking advice regarding a persistent issue with the Multi User Account Access feature on eBay UK.

I am an e commerce consultant based in Pakistan assisting a UK based eBay seller. My client sent an invitation for me to manage their account. I have successfully created my own eBay account to receive this access, but I am hitting a dead end.

 

The issue: When I click the Get Started link in the invitation email, I am directed to eBay, but the Accept Invitation button or prompt which should allow me to confirm the access is completely missing. I am logged into my account, but there is no interface to actually accept the request.

 

What I have tried: I have reached out to eBay Customer Support, but they were unable to resolve the display issue. I have created a fresh eBay account specifically for this management role. I have tested this in Incognito mode and across multiple browsers.

 

Has anyone else experienced a situation where the invitation flow does not render the Accept option? Is there a known restriction regarding accepting UK based Team Access invites from outside the UK?

Any technical troubleshooting tips or advice on how to force the invitation to appear would be greatly appreciated.

Doubtful if you will find that information on the UK based site. --- 

Suggest some research using the International www.ebay.com   < site which offers many other selling, shipping and payment options including  acceptable Business registration with Global Banking account/s availability --- Further advice and suggestions may be forthcoming here >
