More correctly you did not say no wifi. No returns only covers change of mind, if buyer thinks description is inaccurate, then you have to accept a return.
Buyer has opened a Not as described case, you must accept it and provide a return label. If not buyer can escalate to ebay, who will refund at your expense, without return and you get a damaging defect.

In the add it dose say timer though so everything was said correctly

Usually, the advice offered is to 'suck it up' and accept the return.
However, you do have the option to ask Ebay to step in - see the link below.
Before you do this, go to the item in your orders and click on 'view order details'. One of the options there is to 'report the buyer' and one of the reasons for reporting a buyer is that they have asked for something which is not in the listing.
Having done that, you could go to the open case and ask Ebay to step in.
This is not always a good move as Ebay may decide that the buyer does have a case and they will refund the buyer from your money and possibly give you a defect on your account.
