Simple delivery

How do you turn simple delivery off. I like to send special delivery for my items and choose how I want to post like I always have. I’ve deleted all of my listings because of this.

It's not possible to turn Simple Delivery off,  once the option to select Custom Postage has been removed.

SD is to become mandatory for all Private Sellers.

It's not liked by many, but it's here to stay.

OP You raise an interesting point here, as coins particularly the ones you have sold are only covered by Royal Mail's Special Delivery service for insurance purposes and loss etc. 

They are on Evri's prohibited list, and Royal Mail's unless sent via Special Delivery.

Simple Delivery does not cover for this scenario as your items are obviously under £750 in value but well over the £150 threshold for items on RM's tracked services.

In this instance how does a seller send their items correctly? Or are ebay saying they will cover a £400 item in the post on a tracked 24 service? When Royal Mail wont cover it if "Joe Bloggs" was to send the item?
