I got an email saying we will have to use simple delivery. Does this mean we can no longer buy our own postage from royal mail, and arrange for RM to bring labels and collect?
You can't buy your own postage but you can still arrange collection through Royal Mail. So you'd first need to opt out of using Evri here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/prf When your item is sold and after you've generated a prepaid label on eBay you can book your collection on the Royal Mail website.
