What happens if what I deem an appropriate amount of packaging, is not what Ebay thinks and so my package ends up too heavy or big because the item was borderline between weight/size bands?
The safest thing to do is cancel/refund the current transaction with buyer's agreement, and relist with correct postage for the buyer to buy and pay again.
