Sharing contact details

Hi. I have sold an item on eBay today and I am trying to arrange collection with the buyer. I sent a message with my contact details to the buyer to arrange a time & day but eBay keep blocking the messages stating that I am breaching eBay rules? I have tried several ways to send the collection address and my contact number but no it won’t go through. I am sick of eBay’s constant rules & won’t be selling anymore. How am I supposed to arrange collection with the buyer? Any ideas please???

Has the buyer paid?

If yes, try messaging again tomorrow in case ebay hasn't picked up on the payment.

In addition to above clearly state in your message that details are being shared now payment received via the correct route eg  via ebay. The bots can be a bit thick sometimes.
