I have two accounts with giffgaff at the moment .One is 10 pound monthly as pay as you go. I have free text and free calls. My second account is just 10 pound credit. As bought £10 credit, I can not send message or text to anyone. . I checked coverage and power off and one. Even I can't talk to agent !
