Good Morning,

i have an item listed that ends this morning. The item has bids so is due to sell. I am having building work on my home and cannot locate the item. l want to cancel the auction to prevent any disappointment to the buyer. ebay will only allow me to end the listing if i sell to the existing highest bidder. Can you help me to cancel this listing. Regards

You should have the option of no longer available,  are you sure that's not there?

You should also be able to cancel the bids, but can't stop more bids. 

You might need to let the auction end and then cancel the sale.
