I’ve just listed a ring Fine jewellery input all the details but no blue tick for Authenticity Guarantee. The listing does meet all requirements for blue tick. Can anyone help? Thank you.

You may need to change the 'metal purity' on your listing - change it to 18ct.
However, if your ring does not have a full UK hallmark, it will be rejected by the authenticators.
Jewellery listed on Ebay has to follow the Jewellery Policy, which includes a requirement for a UK hallmark from a UK Assay Office.
'All jewellery listed on eBay must comply with our Jewellery policy.'

Your ring should have a hallmark which includes (possibly) the maker's initials and a date letter.
The essentials are the Assay Office mark - a leopard's head for London
'750' in an 8 sided shape for the gold purity.
So, it has to have the leopard's head or a mark from another Assay Office.
