My buyer in the USA cannot pay for his purchases because eBay says I don't post there. I do and I have sent items there recently. My postage preferences are set up for the USA and I offer GSP. I am selling three Matchbox model warships. What can be the problem please?
It's probably the title that's causing the problem. Try putting their ID on your exemption list to remove any blocks on them: https://www.ebay.co.uk/bmgt/ExemptBuyers
If that doesn't work you could cancel the transaction and relist with a more innocuous title for them to buy again.
