I have 2 accounts on ebay, mistakenly put a sales on the 2 account, Moocroft is charging me £23 while DRS is charging me the same on the product, please I need an advise

Impossible to give advice when no information given. Both those companies appear to be Debt Collectors.
You have given no explanation of why they should be trying to recover money from you, or what it has to do with selling on ebay.

If you have incurred ebay fees due to your error, you need to pay them.
