You cannot receive offers on auction items.
You can always view any bids on items listed or sold by clicking on a bid number, showing on the listing or below the winning bid price. Scrolling down that page, will show you the bidder's username, time of bid placed, and any retractions.
The bidder's username is only shown to you, the seller, and be encrypted like this 4****8 for anyone else viewing.
