Hi, can someone please advise.
I ordered a bbq lighter in February it arrived damaged so seller gave me a refund. Now the problem is I had a grey card from Royal mail saying item can't be delivered as postage not paid i paid the £5 as I'm always ordering things. But to my surprise the seller resent the bbq lighter with no postage paid so that's what the £5 postage fee was... how do I report the seller for sending items with no postage paid.

There is a report seller link, but it has very specific reasons for reporting and, as far as I know, sending without postage is not one of them. It's not really a good idea to pay when items are sent without postage. Even if it had been a recent transaction, there is no certain way of getting the money back from the sender.
However, you have had a refund, so you now have an item that you only had to pay £5 for.

Hi, thank you for your reply. But I paid the grey postage card because I order about 10 items a day. I was not expecting the seller to repost as I purchased back in February. And also the lighter is not worth £5.
Thank you for your help
